When was the last time that you had four whole days where you didn’t have to think about shopping for food, you didn’t have to plan the meal, or cook it, or even wash up afterwards!? I promise you, it’s like heaven!

Insider secret: You don’t have to do all the activities. If you’re tired, sleep in. If you’d prefer a walk, head out into nature. Prefer to read your book? Go for it!

This is your holiday, I want you to find the perfect balance between doing and being.

Yes, absolutely!

Yes!

You are welcome to come with a friend or partner of any gender, as long as you’re happy sharing a room with them. (I run other retreats for women and queer people only, if you’d like details of these then please contact me.)

The person you bring doesn’t need to have endo, they’re welcome just because they support you. The only thing is that they will need to share a room with you. They can’t have their own room as this will prevent someone else with endometriosis from attending. I hope you can understand.

Not at all. Beginners are very welcome.

You are taking this time on retreat to do exactly as much or as little as you want. If you’d like to do yoga, join us! If you’d like to go for a walk, or read your book, do that!
